Terms and conditions for using our services

1. Services

KREAHUB L.L.C provides IT consulting, software development, and digital engineering services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual project agreements.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in deliverables created during our engagement will transfer to the client upon full payment.

3. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement.

4. Limitation of Liability

KREAHUB L.L.C's liability shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration.
